SBTL is a company based in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, operating sbtleaders.com. We are the party responsible for processing your personal data through this site.

- Data you give us: name, email, phone number, and details you submit for event and bootcamp registration, applications and contact forms.
- Account data: sign-in through a link sent to your email, and what you save in the members area such as assessment results.
- Limited technical data: browser type, language and network address, for security and abuse prevention.
How we use your data
- Manage your account and registrations and answer your enquiries.
- Send service messages such as sign-in links, registration confirmations and event details.
- Improve the site and programs, and produce aggregated statistics that do not identify you.
- Send SBTL updates if you opt in; you can stop them at any time.
We never sell or rent your data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only: your sign-in session and your language choice. We do not use advertising cookies. Fonts are served from our own servers, with no external provider.
Sharing with others
We may share the minimum necessary data with partners delivering the events and programs you registered for, and with hosting and email providers acting for us under data-protection obligations. We may disclose data if a competent authority legally requires it. Links to other sites (such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X and YouTube) are governed by those sites' policies.
Retention and security
We keep your data as long as needed for its purposes or as the law requires, then delete or anonymize it. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, though no electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to be informed about how your data is processed, to access it and request a copy, to correct it, to request its destruction, and to withdraw consent.
